Theme: "A Woman Who Inspires You"
Create an artwork featuring a woman who has influenced or changed your life or someone you admire.
Connecting Through Creativity: An Art Competition to Inspire, Engage, and Bring Our Community Together!
Who Can Participate:
Open to DeKalb County students, competing in three categories:
Elementary (1st – 5th grade)
Middle School (6th – 8th grade)
High School (9th – 12th grade)
A People’s Choice Award will be given in each category.
Prizes:
🏆 Elementary Winner: $100
🏆 Middle School Winner: $200
🏆 High School Winner: $300

Submission Guidelines:
Medium: Any artistic medium is welcome, including painting, drawing, ceramics, and sculpture.
Size Limit: Paintings and drawings must not exceed letter size (8.5” x 11”).
Labeling: Attach a separate sheet with the artist’s full name, school, home address, and email (or a parent’s email if the student does not have one).
Tickets: Each participating student will receive two free tickets to the event. Additional tickets must be purchased.
Voting: The audience attending on March 8 will vote to determine the winners.
