Get Involved with the 2026 East by Southeast’s Festival of the Arts
October 16–18, 2026 | Clarkston Community Center
The East by Southeast Festival of the Arts (ExSE) returns this October for three days of performances, workshops, visual art, community programming, vendors, and creative connection at Clarkston Community Center.
ExSE highlights Asian-descended artists and creatives from Atlanta and across the Southeast while creating opportunities for businesses, organizations, artists, and community members to take part in the festival.
Current opportunities are focused primarily on vendors and sponsors.
Become a Vendor
ExSE is currently accepting applications for its festival market from craft, food, beverage, and visual art vendors.
Vendors are encouraged to apply and will be prioritized based on the festival’s needs.
ExSE is particularly interested in:
- Craft and handmade goods vendors
- Visual artists interested in selling their work
- Food vendors
- Specialty non-alcoholic beverage vendors, including boba, tea, juice, mocktails, and similar offerings
Vendor Details
The vendor registration fee is $25 per day.
Vendor markets are planned for:
- Friday, October 16: 5:00-8:00 PM
- Saturday, October 17: 2:00–8:00 PM
- Sunday, October 18: 2:00–8:00 PM
Friday will also include vendors as part of the festival’s opening mixer and community activities.
The vendor application will remain open until the week before the event, although ExSE may continue considering vendors based on availability as the festival approaches.
Submitting an application does not automatically confirm participation. ExSE reviews applications and confirms participation directly with selected vendors.

- Food for volunteers, staff, and guests
- Technical and lighting equipment
- Festival production expenses
- Art supplies for participating visual artists
- General monetary support

Artists & Creative Participants
The festival is not broadly accepting additional performers or workshop leaders at this stage.
However, visual artists interested in selling their work may still participate through the vendor market by submitting a vendor application.
