Connecting neighbors in one of America's most diverse communities

COLLAGE-02

Who We Are

The Clarkston Community Center is not just a place—it is the heart of social connection, a vibrant social hub where the arts, culture, and community come together. Since opening its doors in 1994, the Center has continually expanded its reach, proudly serving over 60,000 people each year. It is a central meeting place for both long-term residents and newcomers, playing a pivotal role in Clarkston’s social fabric. With 53% of the population being foreign-born and over half living in poverty, the CCC offers a welcoming space where individuals can engage in arts and cultural events, access educational resources, and find valuable tools to support their journey. Here, through shared experiences in the arts and a celebration of cultural diversity, people from all walks of life connect, collaborate, and build lasting bonds.

Help one of America's most diverse communities in this time of need.

PROGRAMS

The Clarkston Community Center has a full range of community programs including an after-school program and a thriving summer camp. Serving over 60,000 individuals per year, CCC uses art, dance, music and culture to connect, support, and learn. From English as a Second Language classes and Ecstatic Dance Atlanta dance groups to Tabala martial arts and Vietnamese games, the CCC has unique programs and events that keep our vibrant community connected. The CCC strongly supports resources that promote health and wellness in the community, and our seniors have access to such programs as Tai Chi, Senior Technology Courses, Monthly Art Programs and much more. We also offer connections to exciting jobs programs and recreation opportunities for all.
