#PhotoFridays: Welcoming Kevin Bergen, an Advocate for Our Youth
This week, we as an organization and community welcome Kevin Bergen as our OST Coordinator.
Kevin has a personal history of education advocacy and volunteering in our community, and is focused on continuing the push for positive change for our youth.
"It's important for kids to know they have someone advocating for them and their needs. I am thankful and honored to be serving the Clarkston community."
In addition to coordinating our youth programs of After-School Quiet Zone 2.0 and STEAM + Summer Camp, Kevin will hold an impactful role in identifying needs of our youth and finding inclusive paths towards positive change.
"Navigating school life; whether it's academics, extracurriculars or making friends can be difficult for a lot of young people. I'm excited to be a part of that process for every child that walks through our doors."
