Ballet in the Neighborhood: Free Community Ballet Class for Children Ages 4–12
Clarkston Community Center is excited to welcome Tutu School Decatur and Brown Girls Do Ballet for Ballet in the Neighborhood, a free community ballet class for children ages 4–12.
The event will take place on Saturday, July 18, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Clarkston Community Center, located at 3701 College Avenue, Clarkston, GA 30021.
This beginner-friendly class is designed to introduce young dancers to the beauty and joy of ballet in a fun, welcoming, and accessible environment. Participants will learn basic ballet technique, explore creative movement, and build confidence while experiencing the magic of dance. No prior ballet experience is required.
Children should wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to move. Space is limited, and advance registration is encouraged.
Brown Girls Do Ballet is committed to increasing participation in ballet by providing accessible dance opportunities, resources, and mentorship for young people. Tutu School Decatur creates imaginative and nurturing spaces where children can discover a lifelong love of dance.
