Explore our healthy living programs
We care deeply about the health and well being of our fellow citizens. One crucial component of health is the food that Clarkston residents eat. For years the Clarkston Community Center has dedicated itself to creating a space for fresh, healthy food to be grown, donated, and distributed, in order to promote healthy living among all of our neighbors.

Clarkston Cares Food Pantry
When people are in need, emergency assistance with food and necessities coupled with education and skill development improves their ability to overcome life’s challenges.
The Clarkston Cares Food Pantry, opened in 2011, provides food assistance to anyone in need, especially low-income families.
The pantry is available by request — anyone needing food must send an email to schedule a pick-up date and time. Pick-ups take place at the Clarkston Community Center by appointment only.
How to Request Food Assistance:
Please contact Sally Sanko by emailing [email protected] to arrange your food pick-up.
The pantry continues to serve our community through partnerships with Hands On Atlanta and the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
Together, we can support families and individuals in need.
