Vaccine Registration for Eligible Individuals – Sign-up Today

Today, Ethnē Health in collaboration with the Clarkston Community Health Center, International Rescue Committee Atlanta and Community Organized Relief Effort (CORE), are now able to provide eligible individuals with the Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine. Adults 65 years old and older along with caregivers, law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, healthcare workers in clinical settings and staff and residents in long-term care facilities are eligible to obtain this vaccine.
