Clarkston Community Center’s historic classic-style structure is surrounded by tree-shaded lawns and set in the small town of Clarkston. Yet it is only minutes from major interstate access and is close to Midtown, downtown Atlanta, Decatur and Stone Mountain.

Angora Hall is the showpiece of the renovated 1924 building. This main hall boasts vaulted ceilings, pillars, architectural exposed beams, hardwood floors and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows. It is soaring, open and filled with light, yet has the charm and intimacy of its classic architectural design. The art-filled foyer, just outside the main hall, is perfect for meeting and greeting, private conversations or phone calls.

Clarkston Community Center’s rental packages offer the flexibility to decorate and cater to your vision. We offer three venues that are ideal for weddings, bridal showers, receptions, reunions, corporate meetings or retreats, tea parties, birthday and anniversary parties, movie screenings, performances and non-profit gatherings.

All rental packages include tables and chairs (set-up and break-down by CCC staff),  a butler’s kitchen with a large refrigeration unit, deep freezer, sinks and electrical outlets to facilitate warming. Outside caterers are welcome, and alcohol may be served but not sold.

Angora Hall, the main ballroom, accommodates up to 250 guests for banquets or 300 theater seating.

The East Room accommodates 90 guests for banquets or 160 theater seating.

The West Room, perfect for intimate parties or meetings, accommodates 35 guests for banquets or 45 theater seating.
