We all have special talents: things we can do to help. Put your special skills to work for your community by advocating for the causes you feel passionate about or by volunteering.

You may think volunteering means picking up a paintbrush, planting trees, or working in a soup kitchen. But many nonprofits need professional services like writing a business plan, doing their books, developing a web site, board governance, or software training. Clarkston Community Center offers you several ways to get involved and make an impact.

Whether you’re speaking out to improve Community Development programs in Education and Health, reaching out to members of  local and state government, engaging corporate sponsors or participating in community events to show your support, you can help inspire hope and create opportunities for a better tomorrow.
