We offer three venues that are ideal for weddings, bridal showers, receptions, reunions, corporate meetings or retreats, tea parties, birthday and anniversary parties, movie screenings, performances and non-profit gatherings.

All rental packages include tables and chairs (set-up and break-down by CCC staff),  a butler’s kitchen with a large refrigeration unit, deep freezer, sinks and electrical outlets to facilitate warming. Outside caterers are welcome, and alcohol may be served but not sold.

Our events team markets our venue in Atlanta and seeks an intern who can expand our marketing arm using innovative social media and traditional print approaches.

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing, event management and non-profits.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of e-mail campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
Prepare presentations
Enter contact information into contact management systems
Provide support to social media efforts
Establish new venues and contacts for outreach
Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
Requirements

CCCis looking for an undergraduate student in the Atlanta area who is majoring in Communication, Marketing or Public Relations. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.
